Sleeping While Pregnant

Why is it when your body needs sleep the most, and you are tired ALL the time... is the time when it is hardest to get comfortable and get a good nights sleep? And I know it will only get worse the bigger I get! I have been sleeping good on and off but last night was terrible and I just know that I am going to have to fight to stay awake today. I think a lunch hour nap is in order :)

  1. Make sure you have a fluffy pillow between your legs and sleep on left side--helps keep your back from getting too cranked. Oh, and lots of sex to relieve tension (hee hee--your brother liked that hormonal side effect with baby #2). Only words of wisdom from one who enjoyed 4 pregnancies! ;)
